Dear Editor,

As a landlord (both commercial and residential) and business owner in Haddonfield, I view this (Bancroft apartment) project, if approved, as positive direction moving forward for our beautiful little town. Our town has grown in post covid world. I see this project only helping sustain that growth for our local businesses. I hear many concerns about schools being flooded with students and concerns of how this will affecting our wonderful school district. As a residential landlord my experience is that most tenants are either downsizing after becoming empty nesters, or younger couples with no kids moving in. The majority being people who raised their families and wanting to stay in town without the responsibility of being a homeowner and staying close to their kids and grandkids. I believe it’s time to finally allow the development of the Bancroft Property to move forward.
