Open House and tour of Haddonfield Friends Meeting and its historic graveyard

Haddonfield Friends is hosting an open house and tour on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Find out about the birth of Haddonfield and learn about the remarkable story of the
borough’s founder Elizabeth Haddon and visit her presumed resting place on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Haddonfield Friends Meeting (Quakers)’s tour and open house on 47 Friends Ave. in Haddonfield.

The tour and open house are part of the Camden County History Alliance’s annual “History Month,” with more than 30 historical sites hosting activities between October 1 through 31 across the county.

These activities include exhibits, re-enactments, and guided tours; most are free.
