Advent Workshop. 5 to 7 p.m. Haddonfield United Methodist Church (HUMC). Enjoy crafts, food and Christmas festivities in Fellowship Hall at HUMC. This free event kicks off the Advent season and features sugar cookie decorating, a hot-chocolate bar and light dinner. HUMC will collect new teddy bears of 8 to 12 inches as part of its Operation Bear Hug mission project. HUMC kids’ events are for families with school-age children.
