Teacher Mandy Jones shared a favorite 1980s’ pastime – paint with water books – with her third-grade students at Monroe’s Whitehall Elementary on the 80th Day of School event. Students drew their own Ninja Turtles and completed a Runts candy activity after reading about its origin.
