The investigation revealed that on April 15, 2016 at approximately 3:15 a.m., Colby Rodgers, 31, was shot multiple times while sitting in the driver’s seat of a Kia Optima on Woodhaven Lane. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation revealed that he and Paden were acquaintances who had a falling out prior to the shooting, according to the prosecutor.
