Four members of the Delran fire department – Justice Henry (left to right), Emilie Tenney, Shane Garland, and Jeffery Conard – graduated from the Burlington County Emergency Services Training Center Firefighter 1 program on Jan. 23. The program entails more than 220 hours of training both in the classroom and in hands-on scenarios. The graduates also passed a final state exam.
