A 60-year-old Delran man has been charged with possessing child pornography, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw.

Fillmore Apeadu was charged Oct. 10 with one count of possession of child sexual abuse material in the third degree, according to a press release from the prosecutor’s office. During the execution of a search warrant at Apeadu’s Stewart Avenue residence, multiple electronic devices were seized and will be examined by detectives from the prosecutor’s High-Tech Crimes Unit.

The investigation began after the prosecutor’s office received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children concerning Apeadu’s online activities. The case will now go to a grand jury for possible indictment.
