Medford Cpl. John DiBiase, traffic officer Fred Scheer and patrol officer Paul Kostue took part in the annual Run for the Blue in October. The event took part on Market Street in Philadelphia, from the Delaware to the Schuylkill rivers, in support of the city’s police department.
