Lt. Joe Canuso (left) graduated from the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Academy on Jan. 14. The 14-week executive leadership program was developed by the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police, in partnership with the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and focuses on leadership as well as science, critical thinking, decision making, communications and conflict management.
