Team Cindy’s Stars is excited to announce a special fundraising event, Dine to Donate Night, at Texas Roadhouse in Old Bridge, NJ, happening on Thursday, August 14, 2025. This event aims to raise vital funds for the New Jersey Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), supporting blood cancer research and patient advocacy.
On August 14, supporters are invited to dine at Texas Roadhouse and present the event flyer to their server. Texas Roadhouse will generously donate 10% of the total food purchases back to LLS. Additionally, guests will receive a coupon for a free appetizer to enjoy on their next visit, making this a night of great food and giving back.
Team Cindy’s Stars was founded in 2009 in loving memory of Lucinda Dingman, who lost her battle with leukemia that same year. Since then, the team has raised over $30,000 to support blood cancer research and patient services. “This event is not just about raising funds, but about coming together as a community to honor my mom’s legacy and bring hope to those fighting leukemia and lymphoma,” said the team captain. The team will also be participating in this year’s LIGHT THE NIGHT WALK, set for Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Great Lawn in Long Branch, NJ, continuing their commitment to the cause.
