Firefighters were called to the intersection of Good Intent and Almonesson roads on March 8 to tend to multiple downed wires and nearby woods on fire. Crews were on location for an hour, and PSEG arrived to secure the wires. The county highway department also was on location for road restoration. No injuries were reported.
