Santa comes to the Deptford Mall

The holiday season came to life at the Deptford Mall on Nov. 7 as Santa arrived at his toy shop in Center Court by Macy’s.

Families, friends and even pets are invited to meet with Santa and participate in a lineup of holiday activities, including photos with the big man. When you pre-book your visit at DeptfordMall.com/SantaPhotos. you’ll secure a spot and also receive a free personalized digital message before your visit.

Other activities include pet photos with Santa on Mondays, Nov. 17, 24 and Dec. 1 and 8, and Santa’s toy shop, 4 to 7 p.m. A holiday pajama party will be hosted at 10:30 a.m. and noon on Saturday at the Kids mini theater. Register at Deptfordmall.com/Events/holidaypajamaparty.

Guests can enjoy face painting, balloon sculpting, holiday crafts, live music and prizes from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the JCPenney and Center Court areas.

Story time with Santa will be on Tuesdays, Nov. 25, Dec. 2 and 9, at the toy shop/Center Court
Area from 11 a.m. to noon. Families are invited to dress in pajamas and enjoy a story provided by the Deptford library.

A sensory Santa event for all ages and abilities will take place on Sunday, Dec. 7, at the toy shop, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Register at Whereissanta.com/mall/0011

The mall’s holiday pajama drive will beneift more than 500 area children in need. It runs from Friday through Christmas Eve. Bring a new pair of children’s pajamas, sizes 0 to 5T, to select holiday events or donate at the Santa Set. Donations can also be made online at Southjerseydreamcenter.org/virtual-pajama-drive
