The Oak Valley Athletic Association and the Deptford Little League had their opening day on April 5, with Mayor Paul Medany and council members on hand. The mayor threw out the first pitch for the Little League, while Oak Valley Elementary School Principal Bob Rambo tossed the first pitch for the association.
