Results of PSAT tests taken by Deptford Middle School eighth-graders and AVID students in March show a higher score than the state and national averages. According to the school district, the students scored an average of 414 points in math, compared with the national average of 396 and state average of 404. In ELA, the students scored an average of 434, compared with the national average of 395 and the state average of 401. The scores are an average taken over the last three years..
