*Burlington County Resource Recovery Complex, 22000 Burlington Columbus Road, Florence, is accepting non-working strands of Christmas tree and outdoor holiday lights for recycling. Drop off non-working lights in clear bags or cardboard boxes Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 13

State Sen. Troy Singleton will partner with Wreaths Across America for his December “Serve with Senator Singleton” event. The monthly community service event will be held on Saturday, December 13th from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Beverly National Cemetery, 916 Bridgeboro Road, Beverly, NJ 08010.

Cinnaminson Middle School Home and School is hosting a Winterfest Express from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Cinnaminson Middle School.

Sunday, Dec. 14

The Brahma Kumaris, a non-profit organization, invites everyone for an evening of holiday games, meditation, reflection and much more from 4 to 6 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 15

Township Committee regular meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m., 1621 Riverton Road.

Tuesday, Dec. 16

Board of Education meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in middle school cafetorium.

Riverfront Seniors

Riverfront Seniors, formerly Palmyra Seniors, is a non-profit, non-partisan organization for persons 55 years or over who reside in Burlington County and surrounding areas. Members from area towns meet at the Palmyra Community Center each month September to June. Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays. Doors open to the members at 9 a.m., the meeting starts at 10 a.m., and at 11 a.m., the program is presented. On first and third Fridays, members can enjoy Bingo, lunch and a movie at the community center. Anyone may attend one meeting free to meet everyone. Cinnaminson High School Class of 1986 is having its 40th High School Reunion scheduled for Feb. 28, 2026 from 7 to 11 p.m. at Carlucci’s Waterfront Grill located at 876 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. The venue is limited to a 120 Person Room Capacity and tickets are going fast. Be sure to act soon to reserve your place. The cost per ticket is $125 per person and includes the following: Three Hour Open Premium Bar, Three Course Sit Down Meal: Salad/Soup, Choice of Entrée, and Dessert, Sales Tax/Gratuities.
