Two Republicans candidates are seeking two seats on Berlin Borough Council in the Nov. 4 election: Carl Mascarenhas and Millard Wilkinson. There were no nominations made by Democrats.
Both Mascarenhas and Wilkinson were asked to complete a questionnaire, but neither had responded by press time.
