(Lindenwold, NJ) – Several roadway projects will be underway across Camden County during the week of May 11 to May 15.
“Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”
Camden
- Crews will be working on River Avenue on Monday, May 11, and Tuesday, May 12, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Federal Street & East State Street.
- American Water will be working on Collings Avenue from Monday, May 11, to Thursday, May 14, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On Monday, there will be a lane shift at the intersection with Chesapeake Road. On Tuesday, there will be a lane shift at the intersection with Kearsarge Road. On Wednesday, there will be a lane shift at the intersection with Chesapeake Road. On Thursday, there will be a lane shift at the intersection with Mt. Ephraim Avenue.
- Crews will be working on Haddon Avenue, from Monday, May 11 to Friday, May 15, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Newton Avenue & Walnut Avenue and a full road closure between Chestnut Street & Kaighn Avenue.
- Crews will be working on Haddon Avenue on Monday, May 11, to Friday, May 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a shoulder closure between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard & Cooper Plaza.
Cherry Hill
· Crews will be working on Cooper Landing Road from Monday, May 11, to Wednesday, May 13, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Georgia Avenue & Route 70.
· Crews will be working on Kresson Road on Monday, May 11, to Thursday, May 14, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There will be a partial road closure westbound between Springdale Road & Cropwell Road.
· Crews will be working on Kresson Road on Monday, May 11, to Friday, May 15, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. On Monday and Tuesday, there will be a full road closure between Heartwood Drive & Marlkress Road. On Thursday and Friday, there will be a full road closure between Marlkress Road & Browning Lane.
Clementon
Crews will be working on Blackwood-Clementon Road between Monday, May 11, to Friday, May 15. On Monday and Tuesday, there will be a lane shift between Adams Alley & Clementon-Erial Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On Thursday, there will be a full road closure between West Branch Avenue & Erial Road from 8:00pm to 5:00am Friday.
Collingswood
Crews will be working on Park Avenue from Monday, May 11, to Thursday, May 14, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a full road closure and sidewalk closures between Dill Avenue & Ogden Avenue.
Gibbsboro
· Crews will be working on United States Avenue and Foster Avenue, on Monday, May 11 to Thursday, May 14, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. There will be a full road closure of United States Avenue between Lakeview Drive South & Berlin Road, and a full road closure of Foster Avenue between United States Avenue & Clementon Road.
· Crews will be working on Hilliards Road from Wednesday, May 13, to Friday, May 15, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Kirkwood-Gibbsboro Road & Norcross Road.
Gloucester Township
Crews will be working on Evesham Road from Monday, May 11, to Friday, May 15 (from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday). There will be a partial road closure eastbound between West Clements Bridge Road (Route 41) in Runnemede & Black Horse Pike in Gloucester Township.
Haddonfield
PSE&G will be working on Ellis Street on Tuesday, May 12, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between Walnut Street & Lincoln Avenue.
Magnolia
South Jersey Gas will be working on Evesham Road, from Tuesday, May 12, to Friday, May 15, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between North Walnut Avenue & SE Atlantic Avenue.
Oaklyn
PSE&G will be working on Newton Avenue on Tuesday, May 12, to Friday, May 15, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Oakland Avenue & West Collingswood Avenue.
Pine Hill
Crews will be working on West Branch Avenue from Monday, May 11, to Friday, May 15, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between Blackwood-Clementon Road & Erial Road.
Runnemede
Crews will be working on Evesham Road from Monday, May 11, to Friday, May 15 (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday) There will be a partial road closure eastbound between West Clements Bridge Road (Route 41) in Runnemede and Black Horse Pike in Gloucester Township.
