Camden County roadwork projects, June 22-26

Several roadway projects will be underway across Camden County during the week of June 22 to June 26. 

“Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”

Audubon

Crews will be working on East Atlantic Avenue from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between East Merchant Street in Audubon & Station Avenue in Haddon Heights.

Barrington

Crews will be working on Copley Road on Wednesday, June 24, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a partial road closure westbound between Warwick Road & Mercer Drive

Camden

• Crews will be working on Kaighn Avenue on Monday, June 22, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Park Boulevard & Baird Boulevard. 
• Crews will be working on North 27^th Street on Monday, June 22, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between Concord Avenue & Garfield Avenue. 
• Crews will be working on Market Street from Monday, June 22, to Wednesday, June 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a lane shift between Haddon Avenue & North 10^th Street.
• Crews will be working on Haddon Avenue from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a lane shift between Federal Street & Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. 
• Crews will be working on Newton Avenue from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Chestnut Street & the Kaighn Avenue/South 4^th Street intersection.

Cherry Hill

Crews will be working on Kresson Road from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. There will be a partial road closure westbound between Springdale Road & Ravenswood Way. 

Collingswood

Crews will be working on Park Avenue on Friday, June 26, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between Collings Avenue & Lakeview Drive.

Gloucester Township

• Crews will be working on Evesham Road from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between Station Avenue and Black Horse Pike.
• Crews will be working on Evesham Road from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between West Clements Bridge Road (Route 41) & Schubert Avenue in Runnemede. 

Haddon Heights

Crews will be working on East Atlantic Avenue from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between East Merchant Street in Audubon & Station Avenue in Haddon Heights.

Pennsauken

Crews will be working on Browning Road from Monday, June 22, to Tuesday, June 23, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. There will be a full road closure at the intersection with High Street. 

Pine Hill

Crews will be working on West Branch Avenue from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between Blackwood-Clementon Road & Erial Road.

Runnemede

• Crews will be working on Evesham Road from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a partial road closure eastbound between Station Avenue and Black Horse Pike.
• Crews will be working on Evesham Road from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between West Clements Bridge Road (Route 41) & Schubert Avenue in Runnemede. 

Winslow Township

• Crews will be working on Sicklerville Road from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be a full road closure 24/7 between Andrews Road & Erial Road.
• Crews will be working on Mays Landing Road from Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be a partial road closure northbound between Old Albertson Road & the Atlantic County Line.

The Camden County Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining over 1,200 miles of county roadway, over 200 bridges and several dams. They are dedicated to making our area safer for motorists and pedestrians through county highway construction projects and road maintenance, including pothole repairs, street sweeping, grass cutting, and storm drainage upkeep. The Public Works Department is located in Lindenwold where personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve the residents of Camden County.
