(Lindenwold, NJ) – Several roadway projects will be underway across Camden County during the week of May 18 to May 22.
“Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”
Camden
- American Water will be working on Collings Avenue from Monday, May 18, to Thursday, May 21, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday will see a lane shift at the intersection with Chesapeake Road and at the intersection with Mt. Ephraim Avenue. Tuesday will see a lane shift at the intersection with Kearsarge Road. Wednesday will see a lane shift at the intersection with Chesapeake Road. Thursday will see a lane shift at the intersection with Mt. Ephraim Avenue.
- Crews will be working on River Avenue, from Monday, May 18 to Friday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a lane shift between Federal Street & East State Street.
- Crews will be working on Haddon Avenue from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a lane closure between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard & Federal Street.
- Crews will be working on Haddon Avenue from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday). There will be a full road closure between Chestnut Avenue & Walnut Avenue. There will also be a full road closure between Chestnut Street & Kaighn Avenue.
- Crews will be working on Market Street from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a lane shift between 4thStreet & North 5th Street.
- Crews will be working on River Avenue on Wednesday, May 20, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Federal Street & East State Street.
- PSE&G will be working on Haddon Avenue on Thursday, May 21, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a lane shift between White Horse Pike & Ferry Avenue.
Cherry Hill
- Crews will be working on Cooper Landing Road from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Georgia Avenue & Route 70.
Crews will be working on Kresson Road on Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There will be a partial westbound road closure between Springdale Road & Cropwell Road.
Crews will be working on Kresson Road on Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. There will be a full road closure between Marlkress Road & Browning Lane.
Collingswood
Crews will be working on Park Avenue from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure and sidewalk closures between Dill Avenue & Ogden Avenue.
Gibbsboro
Crews will be working on Hilliards Road from Monday, May 18, to Wednesday, May 20, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Kirkwood-Gibbsboro Road & Norcross Road.
Gloucester Township
- Crews will be working on Evesham Road on Monday, May 18, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a partial eastbound road closure between West Clements Bridge Road (Route 41) in Runnemede & Schubert Avenue in Gloucester Township.
- South Jersey Gas will be working on Blackwood-Clementon Road & Blenheim-Erial Road on Monday, May 18, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be a lane shift on Blackwood-Clementon Road at the intersection with Peters Lane, and a partial northbound road closure on Blenheim-Erial Road between Blackwood-Clementon Road & Woodlane Drive.
- South Jersey Gas will be working on Old Black Horse Pike on Tuesday, May 19, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. there will be a shoulder closure near the intersection with Fairwyck Lane.
Magnolia
- South Jersey Gas will be working on Evesham Road, from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be a full road closure between North Walnut Avenue & SE Atlantic Avenue.
- Crews will be working on Warwick Road on Friday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a partial road closure southbound between White Horse Pike & Maryland Avenue.
Oaklyn
PSE&G will be working on Newton Avenue on Tuesday, May 19, to Friday, May 22, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be a full road closure between West Lakeview Avenue & West Collingswood Avenue.
Pine Hill
Crews will be working on West Branch Avenue from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a partial eastbound road closure between Blackwood-Clementon Road & Erial Road.
Runnemede
- Crews will be working on Evesham Road from Monday, May 18, to Friday, May 22, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a partial eastbound road closure between West Clements Bridge Road (Route 41) in Runnemede & Schubert Avenue in Gloucester Township.
