Surrounded by his family, Dan W. Jankowski passed away peacefully at Virtua Marlton on August 30, 2026, at the age of 56.
A lifelong resident of Gloucester City, Dan was born in Camden on January 25, 1970 to Bogumila “Bonnie” Jankowski and the late Witold Z. Jankowski. He was a graduate of Gloucester City High School Class of 1988, and worked many years as a delivery driver for FedEx.
Dan is survived by his son, Mason Jankowski; his mother, Bonnie Jankowski; his brother, David Jankowski and his wife, Dawn Jankowski; his fiancé, Megan Kelly; and a large loving family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Dan was predeceased by his father, Witold Z. Jankowski.
Dan took great pride in watching his son Mason excel on the football field and cherished every moment of being there to support him. Football was a special part of Dan’s life, and he enjoyed giving back to the sport through coaching with the Gloucester Township Stallions and the Gloucester City Mustangs.
When he wasn’t on the football field, Dan could often be found enjoying another one of his favorite pastimes – golf. He loved spending time on the course, enjoying the game, the outdoors, and the company of those around him.
Relatives and friends attended his visitation at St. Mary’s Church, Gloucester City, where his Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, please remember Dan with a donation to the National Kidney Foundation, online at www.kidney.org.
