This recipe, another one to celebrate all things patriotic this year, incorporates Jersey produce available now at farm stands and markets, namely blueberries and raspberries.

Jersey Fresh Berry Bark

For dark chocolate bark:
• 1/2 tsp. of coconut oil
• Jersey Fresh blueberries and raspberries and equal amount of dark chocolate chips
For white chocolate bark:
• 1/2 tsp. of coconut oil
• Jersey Fresh blueberries and raspberries and equal amount of white chocolate chips
1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Combine chocolate chips with coconut oil
3. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds until melted
4. Spread evenly on parchment paper
5. Sprinkle chocolate with Jersey Fresh blueberries & raspberries
6. Press fruit lightly into chocolate
Optional: create a design with fruit or drizzle with chocolate!
