Located at 35 Academy Drive in Westampton, the shelter has plenty of loveable dogs, cats and other animals who are looking for homes with loving families. Among them is Cocoa, a lovely 10-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull mix.
Cocoa was surrendered to the shelter in June due to a domestic situation. While a senior pet, Cocoa is still active and loves to play fetch and take long walks. She loves children and knows basic commands. Shelter staff say she’s the perfect mix of play pal and couch companion who is waiting for a loving family to scoop her up! As an extra incentive, the adoption fees for Cocoa and all other animals spotlighted by this newspaper are being waived.
