Wednesday, Feb. 11

Story Time: Ages 2 to 5 years. 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Join in stories, song and rhymes with a new theme explored every week.

Knit and crochet afternoon meetup: For ages 18 and up. 1 to 3 p.m. Beginners to experts are welcome and participants must bring their own materials. No registration required.

Tai Chi for health: Ages 18 and up. 4 to 5 p.m. with certified instructor Bob Stanton. Class can be done seated or standing. Registration at the library website.

ESL conversation class with NJ Literacy: Ages 18 and up. 6 to 8 p.m. For upper-level beginners to lower-level intermediate learners. Visit NJ Literacy website to apply.

Friday, Feb. 13

Sunday, Feb. 14

Family storytime: Ages 18 months to 10 years. 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Sessions are every other Saturday for stories, songs and more as the class explores new books from the library collection. This storytime helps kids build early literacy skills and a love of reading. No registration required.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

Mahjong: Ages 18 and up. 1 to 4 p.m. Learn the tile-based game of strategy and skill. Some experience is recommended. Participants may bring a National Mahjong League 2023 card and game set. No registration required.

Kids art workshop: Ages 8 to 12 years. 4 to 5 p.m. Workshop will uncover the work of American artist Sanford Biggers. The class will use permanent markers and paper manipulation to create a piece inspired by the artist.
