The Lane Hipple Wealth Management Group, a Moneta wealth management firm, recently completed its fourth annual holiday donation drive, delivering personalized gifts and financial support to 20 Moorestown children and eight families.

Working with South Valley Elementary School, the team matched community donations to confidential wish lists gathered directly from families in need. Since 2022, this grassroots effort has supported 22 families and 58 children across Moorestown and the Greater Philadelphia area.

“Our enduring commitment to philanthropy stems from our core belief in the power of collective kindness and the importance of supporting those making a tangible difference in our community,” said Andrew Hipple, a partner of the Lane Hipple team. “While the holidays are a joyous time for many, some families lack the resources to provide well-nourished, warm and thriving homes.

“At the same time, there are many people who want to share their blessings with others but may not have children or family members to share gifts with. Through our own gifting mission, we uncovered a way to harness the generosity of our amazing clients and positively impact 22 families and 58 children.”

The team is now in their fourth year of the drive partnering with local schools, allowing both kids and adults to share their holiday wish lists. By gathering genuine requests directly from those in need, each gift is chosen to match the wishes, interests and circumstances of the recipient. The team’s donation drive becomes uniquely personal, allowing donors to connect with the individuals and children they are supporting in a meaningful way.

“Our gift drive is more than just addressing financial needs,” Hipple said, “it’s a way to uplift families emotionally and spiritually during challenging times.

“By rallying the community around these families, we aim to show them that they are not alone, and that there are neighbors who care deeply about their well-being.

“This outpouring of kindness and support can bring hope and reassurance,” he added, “reminding families that their struggles are seen and that they have a network of people rooting for their success and happiness.”
