Official: Tabernacle election results

Voters in Tabernacle either went to the polls early, voted on Election Day on Nov. 4, or mailed in votes to elect members for council and for school board.

Tabernacle Township Committee

There were two, three-year seats open on the committee. Republican incumbent William Sprague and candidate Angelo Capoli ran uncontested.

There were 5,821 votes cast. Capoli received 2,227 and Sprague received 2,164.

There were 715 write-in votes.

Tabernacle Township Board of Education

There were three, three-year seats open on the board. Incumbent Christina Wolfrom, Theodore Williams and Krystyn Wukitsch Foran ran uncontested.

There were 7,019 votes cast. Wolfrom received the most votes, with 2,357, followed by Foran with 2,233 and Williams with 2,197.

There were 116 write-in votes.

Also on the ballot were a two-year unexpired term and a one-year unexpired term. There were no candidates who filed for the seats.

There were 154 write-in votes for the two-year unexpired term and 131 write-in votes for the one-year unexpired term.

Lenape Regional High School District Board of Education

There was one, three-year seat open on the board.

Incumbent Robert H. Bende Jr. – the only person on the board representing the township – ran uncontested and received 2,573 votes.

There are 47 write-in votes.
