Official: Southampton election results

Voters in Southampton either went to the polls early, voted on Election Day on Nov. 4, or mailed in votes to elect members for council and for school board.

Southampton Township Committee

There were two, three-year seats open on the committee, for which Republican incumbents Elizabeth Rossell and Arnold Harrison ran uncontested.

There were 6,773 votes cast. Rossell received 3,324 and Harrison 3,285.

There were 82 write-in votes.

Southampton Township Board of Education

Six candidates vied for three, three-year term seats on the school board.

Incumbents Jeffrey Hicks – currently board president – and Sharon Roseboro ran for reelection. Christopher Donner, Gregory Sobocinksi, John Garza and Michael Dehoff sought a seat.

There were 12,429 votes cast. Hicks received the most votes, with 2,320; followed by Roseboro with 2,293; and Donner with 2,228 votes for the three seats.

Dehoff got 1,954 votes, Garza got 1,756 and Sobocinksi got 1,752.

There were 63 write-in votes.
