Courtesy of the Washington Township Police Department It’s not even the 100th day of school yet, and they’re already dreaming of Memorial Day Weekend, the beach and the summer waves. Officer Craig Monahan (assigned to Birches School) and Officer Anthony Francesco (assigned to Wedgewood School) were recently having some fun on Officer Jason Bilderback’s wave runners.
