Voters in Cherry Hill went to the polls on Nov. 4 and elected members for township council and school board of education.
The Camden County Clerk’s Office has posted results from the election on its website, all of which are unofficial until a vote-counting process that could take more than a week is complete.
Vote totals do not include late mail-in and provisional ballots; they are expected to be tallied at a later date.
Cherry Hill Township Council
Four candidates vied for the four seats on the township council. Incumbent and current council president William A. Carter, III received the most votes with 22,368. Fellow incumbents Jill Hulnick and Sangeeta Doshi received 22,355 and 22,310 votes respectively, and first time council candidate Rob Connor received 22,133 votes.
There are 336 write-in votes.
Cherry Hill Township Board of Education
Five candidates vied for the three, three-year term seats on the board of education. As of Nov. 5, incumbent and current board president Gina Winters leads with 16,491 votes followed by fellow incumbent and current board vice president Adam Greenbaum with 16,087 votes and Candi Cummings with 13,713 votes.
Candidate Brandi N. DeVeaux has received 12,645 votes and Colin O. Duckett has received 11,094 votes.
There are 936 write-in votes.
