Unofficial: Moorestown election results

Voters in Moorestown Township went to the polls on Nov. 4 and elected members for the board of education.

The Burlington County Clerk’s Office has posted results from the election on its website that are unofficial until a vote-counting process that could take more than a week is complete.

Vote totals do not include late mail-in and provisional ballots; they are expected to be tallied at a later date.

Moorestown Township Board of Education

Five candidates vied for the three, three-year term seats on the board.

As of Nov. 7, Caitlin Berman leads with 5,334 votes, followed by incumbents Danielle Miller with 5,275 and Claudine Morano with 4,909.

Saima Bhutta received 4,055 votes and Aysha Hasan got 3,470.

There are 286 write-in votes.
