Thursday, Nov. 13

Mahjong at 1 p.m. Register on the library website.

Saturday, Nov. 15

Author scavenger hunt at 9:30 a.m. For all ages.

Local author fest from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For all ages and families. No registration required. Signings and book sales will be available at each author and illustrator’s table. Authors will accept payment in Venmo, cash, etc.

Roll-a-Story with Miss Donna from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. For children ages 5 to 10. No registration required, but supplies and space are limited. Children will create a story using dice and a Roll-a-Story board and they will be given their own journal to write in. An adult must remain in the library with children under 10.

Beginner short story-writing workshop Noon to 1 p.m. For adults. Registration is not required. The workshop will focus on two ingredients that make up the short story, character and conflict. A few short exemplars of the form will be read and a craft discussion will follow.

Sunday, Nov. 16

Moorestown Mutual Aid at 1 p.m.

Author scavenger hunt 1 to 5 p.m. For all ages.

Monday, Nov. 17

Baby time from 10 to 10:30 a.m.

Open play time from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Knitting group meetup 10:30 a.m. to noon.

ESL (English as a Second Language) conversation group 5 to 7 p.m.

International cinema night at 6:30 p.m. Register on the library website.

Tuesday, Nov. 18

Story time from 10 to 10:30 a.m.

Complex PTSD Support Group and book club 7 p.m. Will offer encouragement, support and education in a safe environment for any adult struggling to overcome the effects of Complex-PTSD.

Saving Historic Moorestown: “What Style is It? Eclectic Building 1880-1940” at 7 p.m. Register on the library website.

Wednesday, Nov. 19

Toddler time from 10 to 10:30 a.m.

Open play time from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Rummikub at noon. Register on the library website.

Gardening With the Master Gardeners: “Historically Informed Garden Design” at 1:30 p.m. Topics will include architecture and landscape design and suggestions on matching house and garden styles. Register on the library wbsite.
