Vote-by-Mail secure ballot drop boxes throughout Gloucester County are open 24 hours a day until 8 p.m. on election day, Nov. 4. There also is a box at the entrance to the Monroe and Washington Township municipal buildings. For a list of other locations, click this link: ttps://gloucestercountynj.gov/774/Board-of-Elections.
