
Washington Township High School class of 2025 graduate Jake Borkowski recently was recognized by U.S. Lacrosse as a 2025 All-Academic Honoree. A member of the National Honor Society, Borkowski was one of just six student-athletes in South Jersey to earn the prestigious award.
On the field, Borkowski was named second-team All-South Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse League (SJILL) as an attackman, capping off an impressive series of postseason honors for the Minutemen lacrosse program, according to a press release through Washington Township Public Schools.

The Minutemen concluded their historic season with a 14-7 record, the highest win total in program history, and reached the South Jersey Group 4 semifinals, marking the team’s deepest postseason run to date.
