Head to township’s food truck event

To wrap up your summer in style, Voorhees Township will hold our first annual Voorhees Food
Truck & Music Festival on Saturday, Sept. 13 from 11am to 7pm at Connolly Park.
The Festival will feature 18 gourmet food trucks such as Cold Stone, Corsons, Cousins Maine
Lobster, Cubita Truck, Culto Italiano, Dan’s Waffles, Donut NV, Empanada Beast, Just Fork It,
Kielbasa N More, King of Wings, La Oaxaquena, Latin Bites, Mac Truck, Maui Ice, Sherri’s
Crab Cakes, Twisted Steaks, Uncle Sals and Gourmet Eggrolls.
Enjoy the food and live music by The Ruckus, Soul Seduction and Pure Petty.


The event also features vendors, face painting, kids’ activities, inflatables, pony rides, a petting
zoo and a Beer/Sangria and Margarita Garden for the adults featuring:
— Lone Eagle Brewing – Sunshine Honey Blonde, Plucky Sour, Station Haus Lager, Flemington
— Fog IPA
— Strawberry Vodka Lemonade
— Regular & Strawberry Margaritas & Daiquiris

The Animal Welfare Association is hosting a Family Fun Night on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 4-
7 pm. The free event features Vet for a Day Pretend Clinic, games, facepainting, food, and a

The third show of our free Voorhees Township 2025 Summer Concert Series at Connolly Park
is on Thursday, Aug. 21, at 7:30 p.m. when The Beat Tells will entertain the audience with their
Tribute to the Beatles. The show will be even more enjoyable with Dooney’s Pub mobile bar and

Voorhees Township is once again partnering with Morey’s Piers to offer discounted tickets for
their amusement piers located on the Boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ. Tickets may be obtained in
person from the office of the Voorhees Township Clerk (856) 429-7757 and are payable by
CASH ONLY. Tickets are available to residents and non-residents. Office hours now until
Thursday, Aug. 28: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Summer hours for the Voorhees Township Town Hall will be in effect until Tuesday, Sept. 2.
The Township offices will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5:30 pm and will be
closed on Friday.
