Adult Yarn Group: Ages 18 years and up. 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to join other knitters and crocheters for a fun and relaxing time to work on a current project and share ideas, patterns, and tips. This is not an instructional class, but an opportunity to learn as a group from others.
Marlton Farmers Market: For all residents. 4 to 7 p.m. at at Evesboro Downs Park (131 Evesboro-Medford Road). The 2025 season of the Marlton Farmers Market is now open and will run every Wednesday afternoon through Sept. 3. Shoppers can get ready to once again enjoy locally-sourced fruits and vegetables, baked goods, home goods, food trucks, artisan product and other great sustainable items. No registration required.

Gentle Chair Yoga: For ages 18 years and up. 4 to 5 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to relax their mind, move their body and increase their flexibility in this gentle yoga session. Using a chair for support, this class is perfect for those who tend to be stiff or have limited mobility. This program is presented by a certified yoga instructor, who has been teaching since 2013. Pride Time – Poster Art: For ages 13 to 15 years. 6 to 7 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Young residents are invited to visit the library and make a poster or vision board with magazine clippings or other supplies from their home. This event is for LGBTQ+ teens and their allies. ELL Movie Matinee – Cinema Paradiso (1988): For adults. 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Films can be a great way to practice your language skills. Residents are invited to join the library for a viewing of the Italian coming-of-age film “Cinema Paradiso,” and practice their English by reading the subtitles. This program is for English language learners, but all are welcome to attend.
In this celebrated Oscar winner for Best Foreign Language Film, a famous Italian filmmaker, haunted by the memories of his first love, returns to his hometown after an absence of 30 years. Upon his return, he connects with the community and remembers the highlights and tragedies that shaped his life and inspired him to follow his dream of becoming a filmmaker. Featuring a memorable score by Ennio Morricone, it’s an irresistible and romantic celebration of the movies. This film is rated “PG” and has a runtime of 124 minutes. No registration required.

Documentary Screening – Building a Bridge (2021): For ages 19 to 25 years. 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to join the library staff to watch filmmakers Even Mascagni’s and Shannon Post’s “Building a Bridge,” which can be streamed for free with Kanopy using a library card. Named after the book by Father James Martin, “Building a Bridge” follows a priest on his journey to make the Catholic Church more accepting of the LGBTQ+ community, despite loud opposition from both inside and outside the Church. Baby Ballet: For ages 3 to 5 years. 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Young residents are invited to join Miss Sabrina Ballerina for a fun, introductory ballet class, where children will learn and practice following directions while developing hand-eye coordination and body awareness. Participants should dress for comfort and easy movement. This program is presented by Sabrina Starts, a children’s yoga and ballet instructor for over 10 years.
