Palmyra police officers, including Det. Paul Gerstle, SLEO (Special Law Enforcement Officer), and Lt. Stephen Coveleski participated in the 42nd annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics of New Jersey on June 6. The Palmyra officers were joined by law-enforcement agencies across the state to help carry the Flame of Hope, which raises awareness and support for Special Olympics athletes.
