Unofficial Deptford election results

Voters headed to the polls on June 10 to vote for candidates who will compete in November’s general election.

Four three-year positions on Deptford council – as well as an unexpired one-year term – are up for grabs.

For the three-year terms, Democratic incumbents Phil Schoklin, with 3,3035 votes; Wayne Love, with 3,117; Bill Lamb, with 2,997; and Ken Barnshaw with 3,007, will be on the ballot in November. There were 46 write-in votes.

Republican Mary Wood earned 1,153 votes, David Aber earned 1,148, Erik Anderson got 1,150 and Steven Marfia got 1,140. There were six write-in votes.

The Democratic candidate for the one-year-term, incumbent Jim Noce, earned 2,898 votes, while 26 votes went to write-in candidates. The Republican, Martin McDonough, won 1,123 votes. There were 11 write-ins.
