The Mullica Hill library will welcome Patricia Troy, of the Philadelphia FBI’s Forensic Accounting Office, for a presentation on elder fraud at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 24.

Elder fraud is a financial scheme that targets seniors 60 years and older. Since 2018, the FBI at a national level has worked to educate that population on how to protect themselves from being victimized. Troy will discuss how to identify, prevent and report potential financial abuse; common scams; and prevention strategies.
