The Phillie Phanatic paid a special visit to Mary Roberts Elementary School on April 16. Students in the first-grade class of teacher Bridget Potts participated in Phanatic About Reading, a free program that encourages students from pre-K through eighth grade to read or be read to for a minimum of 15 minutes a day to improve their literacy skills.
