Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church of Moorestown invites the public to a special community conversation, Coffee and Chat, on Saturday, April 12, at 10:30 a.m. This open and informal gathering will feature Moorestown Mayor Quinton Law and Newark Mayor Ras J. Baraka, a prominent leader and current candidate for governor of New Jersey in the upcoming election cycle.

The event offers a unique opportunity for local residents to engage in meaningful dialogue with two influential New Jersey leaders. Attendees will hear firsthand about the issues shaping both local and statewide policy, and are encouraged to bring their questions, ideas and voices to the conversation.

“This is about creating space for genuine community engagement,” said Pastor Howard M. Jenkins, Jr. of Bethel AME Church. “We’re honored to welcome both Mayor Law and Mayor Baraka and look forward to an insightful and inspiring morning.”

Coffee and light refreshments will be served. The event is free, and all members of the Moorestown and surrounding communities are encouraged to attend.
