Andrew Kell (left) and Jay Cunningham were sworn in as lieutenant and station captain, respectively, for Blackwood Terrace Fire Company at a Board of Fire Commission meeting on March 12. Cunningham will serve in his position for three years, while Kell’s position is for a one-year term ending March 4, 2026. Also sworn in were lieutenants Nick Martin and Sean McMahon.
