House fire

Deptford firefighters and 40 volunteers battled a blaze on the second floor of a home in the Westville Oaks section of the township on Jan. 21. There were no injuries. Along with Fire Chief Richard Thomas, four groups of firefighters and volunteers responded. The fire remains under investigation by the township fire marshall.
