The Monroe Township Board of Education reorganized on Jan. 2 with two newcomers on the dais.

Six candidates vied for the three, three-year term seats on the board in the November election. Three newcomers, Tiffanie Davis, Allison Longo and Stephanie Young, prevailed, but Davis – who got the most votes – had resigned her seat by resolution at the time of the meeting, where Longo and Young were sworn in.
