Police investigate bank robbery

Surveillance footage shows two suspects involved in the robbery of a PNC bank on Haddonfield-Berlin Road on the morning of Dec. 17.

Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in the investigation of a Dec. 17 bank robbery in Voorhees, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and township Police Chief Louis Bordi.

At approximately 10:25 a.m. on the day of the robbery, police responded to a call at the PNC Bank on Haddonfield-Berlin Road. Surveillance footage captured two suspects entering the bank at approximately 10:22 a.m. One brandished a handgun and pointed it at a bank employee, police said, while the second suspect approached a bank teller.

No shots were fired and no injuries were reported. The suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, according to police. The investigation is ongoing.
