Ninth annual Marlton Turkey Trot will be held at 8 a.m. As in recent years, the race will begin at Savich Field, located at 510 E. Main Street, and continue through the surrounding neighborhood before returning to Savich Field. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Evesham Police Department’s 2024 Shop with a Cop event where local families are assisted with purchasing presents for the holidays.

Cherokee High School Theater
Members of Cherokee High School’s drama club will perform Irving Berlin’s heartwarming musical, White Christmas this December. White Christmas tells the story of World War II Veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis, formerly old war comrades, who are tasked with staging a winter Christmas show at a picturesque Vermont lodge. Evesham Township, Evesham Fire-Rescue and the Evesham Township Police Department are proud to once again organize the second annual Evesham Township Holiday Light Parade and Festivities on Main Street for Saturday, Dec. 14 from 4-7 p.m. Before the parade starts there will be pictures with Santa Claus, free hot chocolate, train rides, holiday movies, music and more. The light parade starts at 6 p.m. from Main Street from Plymouth Avenue to Maple Avenue. The Holiday Tree Lighting is at the corner of Main Street and Maple Avenue at the conclusion of the parade.
