Wednesday, Nov. 20

Intro to Excel: For seniors. 2 to 4 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Get started with Microsoft Excel. Student will learn the basics of excel from getting familiar with the interface to using pre-made templates to setting up spreadsheets with simple functions and visual styling. Alternative to Excel as well as how to set up an maintain a personal home budget will also be covered. Participants must come with an understanding of computer basics on using a mouse and keyboard. Thursday, Nov. 21

Marlton Senior Club: Adult Seniors 55 and up. 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Gibson House Community Center (535 E. Main St.). All senior citizens ages 55 and older are welcome to attend these meetings. The meetings take place every first and third Thursday of the month. Participants enjoy coffee, donuts and regularly scheduled games and other entertainment. No registration required.

Young Masters: Ages 8 to 12 years. 4 to 4:45 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Participants will learn about an artist or art technique then create a piece of art inspired by the lesson. This class will be studying tessellations. Participants should dress for the mess. Registration is required www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Are you Game? Game Night at Zed’s: Ages 21 years and up. 6 to 8 p.m. at Zed’s Beer located at 19 North Maple Avenue. Residents are invited out to Zed’s Beer to enjoy a variety of games and brews. Zed’s will offer a mix of classics, as well as strategy games such as Azul, Everdell, and Tsuro, among others. Residents are encouraged to bring friends. Friday, Nov. 22

Baby Time: Ages up to 18 months. 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to the library for a fun interactive event, which includes stories, rhymes, movement and more. This class focuses on early language and literacy understanding through stories and repetitive rhymes or songs. Caregivers are encouraged to participate in this bonding experience. “Baby Time” is also an opportunity to socialize with other families and meet new friends. Monday, Nov. 25

Music Together: Ages 18 months and under. 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Young children learn through play and experimentation and by watching and listening to the adults they love. Setting an example as an enthusiastic participator in music activities is the best thing any parent, grandparent, or caregiver can do to help set a child on the road to a lifelong love of music. Adults don’t need to have music skills, they just need a desire to play and have fun with their children. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
