Deptford: Election results for board of ed

Voters in Deptford went to the polls on Nov. 5 to elect members of the Deptford Township School District’s Board of Education (BOE) members.

The Gloucester County Board of Elections posted the results of each race on its website. All of which are unofficial until officially verified by a vote-counting process expected to take more than a week.

All results so far are as of Nov. 8.

Justin Green received the most votes out of the three candidates for three-year terms on the board with 9,271. Incumbents James McDevitt and Mark Getsinger received 9,041 and 8,915 votes, respectively. There were a total of 1,224 votes for write-in candidates.
